MEGATHANE 70 is a translucent blue, fast setting two pack solvent free polyurethane compound for the sealing, casting and filling of PVC electrical pipes, coffins and joints. Colour Choice available (blue std)
This semi-flexible compound allows light to pass through diffusely allowing some vision when cutting existing product to inspect cables. High moisture resistance, adhesion and mechanical properties. Has a durometer hardness Shore A: 60>70

MEGASEAL 40
MEGASEAL 40 is a direct replacement for existing hazardous hot pour bitumen and other compounds. Megaseal 40 is a two pack solvent free polyurethane compound for the sealing, casting and filling of voids and tanks with a mixing and application time of 2+ hours. For ease of mixing Part B (Activator) is tinted “Blue” ensuring total dispersion into Part A base being opaque. The compound having a medium viscosity with no air entrapment is easily poured into any void providing excellent moisture resistance, mechanical properties, adhesion to majority of substrates, a cure time within eight hours and durometer Shore A: 20>30 hardness
CABLEFILL 80
Cablefill 80 is a fast setting two pack solvent free polyurethane semi-translucent compound for electronic potting, casting and encapsulating of PVC electrical pipes, coffins and joints.
This product is semi-rigid and environmentally friendly with no VOC and very low odour.
Additional Application Use: Semi-Rigid cable insulator castings and cable entry points.
CABLE-CAST 80
Cable-Cast 80 is a fast setting two pack solvent free polyurethane compound in black colour for electronic potting or casting of electrical components. Translucent and other colours are available on request.
This product forms a rigid compound with no VOC and very low odour.
Problem: Irreplaceable insulator bushes and other electrical components that may have
become redundant, or when the Aerodev process or similar baking systems are
used that can damage the H.T. conductors due to elevated temperatures.
CABLE-CAST 40
Cable-Cast 40 has the same properties as Cable-Cast 80, but has Shore hardness of 40, which is flexible and comes in translucent. Black or other colours are available on request.
