MegaSeal 40 – Vessel / Tank Sealing
MEGASEAL 40 is a direct replacement for existing hazardous hot pour bitumen and other compounds. Megaseal 40 is a two pack solvent free polyurethane compound for the sealing, casting and filling of voids and tanks with a mixing and application time of 2+ hours. For ease of mixing Part B (Activator) is tinted “Blue” ensuring total dispersion into Part A base being opaque. The compound having a medium viscosity with no air entrapment is easily poured into any void providing excellent moisture resistance, mechanical properties, adhesion to majority of substrates, a cure time within eight hours and durometer Shore A: 20>30 hardness.
Additional Application Use: filling voids, tank filing, tank sealing and any application that requires high moisture resistance. It is also a great replacement for applications where bitumen has been used in the past and is now a OH&S risk.
